• Planning, conducting, and evaluating qualitative and quantitative user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability tests).

• 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design and UX research.
• Experience in project management and steering complex projects.
• Experience in analyzing and evaluating user research for B2B and B2C projects.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in design tools, especially Figma.
• Knowledge of Interaction Design, Information Architecture, as well as wireframing and prototyping.
• Understanding and experience in working within corporate structures preferred.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Keeping up-to-date with usability and conversion best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as teamwork and empathy.
