📋 Description

• Planning, conducting, and evaluating qualitative and quantitative user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability tests).

• Analyzing user research results for B2B and B2C projects and deriving data-driven recommendations.

• Developing wireframes and prototypes based on research findings and user requirements.

• Ensuring a user-centered approach in all project phases.

• Creating and presenting research reports for strategic decision-making.

• Supporting UX/UI design development by integrating research insights.

• (Re-)Designing tools and software solutions with a focus on user-friendliness and conversion optimization.

• Promoting understanding of user research within the company.

• Facilitating workshops for ideation and requirements analysis.

• Visualizing data in dashboards for effective communication of research findings.

• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design and UX research.

• Experience in project management and steering complex projects.

• Experience in analyzing and evaluating user research for B2B and B2C projects.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in design tools, especially Figma.

• Knowledge of Interaction Design, Information Architecture, as well as wireframing and prototyping.

• Understanding and experience in working within corporate structures preferred.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Keeping up-to-date with usability and conversion best practices.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as teamwork and empathy.
