• Proficient in modern design tools, with a preference for Figma.
• Strong foundation in usability, interaction design, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Experience in user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design concepts.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within product team environments.
• Degree in HCI, UX, or related field preferred; UX certifications are advantageous.
