• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to acquire insights.
• Transform research findings into actionable design requirements and sitemaps.

• Maintain and contribute to the in-house UX Style Framework.

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a preference for post-secondary education.
• Experience working within an Agile SCRUM team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of creating valuable and meaningful experiences.
• Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving to deliver clear and impactful design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with knowledge of standard design methodologies.
• Demonstrated Visual Design skills to establish clear visual hierarchies in user interfaces.
• Familiarity with different qualitative user experience methods and tools, such as usability testing and remote testing.
• Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.
• Highly skilled in Figma, including working with components/design systems, variables, and interactive prototyping.
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Background in user research and research methodologies.
• Experience in healthcare design is an advantage.
• Experience designing for popular front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular, and React.
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers to ensure design accuracy.
