• Champion end-to-end customer journey mapping that leverages marketing domain knowledge and ABM principles, ensuring seamless user experiences across all touchpoints

• Collaborate with Design Systems and Research teams to identify experience gaps, using data analytics and AI to guide iterative improvements with a clear business impact

• Provide frameworks and guidance that help designers and engineers create cohesive, data-informed experiences, enhancing product stickiness and long-term customer value

• Identify and deploy AI-driven design tools, predictive analytics platforms, and data visualization capabilities that simplify complex marketing workflows and inform design decisions

• Foster a culture of experimentation, where designers test new AI features, data models, and personalization strategies to continually refine the product experience

• Integrate data-driven insights and automation into daily design operations, enabling rapid iteration, targeted improvements, and more meaningful user interactions

• Establish open, data-rich communication channels, ensuring that all stakeholders—from marketing and product management to engineering—have visibility into upcoming initiatives and their potential business impact

• Host regular stand-ups, reviews, and strategy sessions where teams can discuss data findings, AI capabilities, and domain insights that shape design decisions

• Maintain thorough documentation of decision-making rationales, data analysis, and AI-driven experiments to sustain an environment of continuous improvement and accountability

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure design strategies align with business goals, industry trends, and evolving marketing methodologies

• Quickly pivot resources and design approaches in response to shifts in customer needs, competitor landscapes, or emerging marketing technologies

• Continuously refine the design team’s strategic direction, ensuring that investments in data analysis, AI integration, and marketing domain expertise drive meaningful, quantifiable business results

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading design teams in a marketing or ABM context, with a proven ability to harness data and AI to elevate user experiences

• A track record of mentoring designers and building a culture that values domain expertise, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous skill development

• Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies, AI-driven tools, and analytics platforms, and a comfort integrating these capabilities into the design workflow

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills, with an agility to adapt to evolving requirements and capitalize on new opportunities

• Experience with data analytics tools and visualization techniques

• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications such as SAP, Workday, and Okta

• Knowledge of Python programming and API development

• Experience with artificial intelligence and prompt engineering
