• Lead the development and implementation of a holistic CRO strategy to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Take ownership of the experimentation roadmap by identifying opportunities, outlining test plans, and conducting A/B and multivariate tests using Optimizely to validate design decisions.
• Work closely with design, development, and content teams to incorporate UX and functionality enhancements based on test findings.
• Collaborate with Analytics to establish KPIs, construct a measurement framework, predict performance, and assess test outcomes.
• Analyze site performance and user behavior to formulate data-driven hypotheses and identify optimization possibilities throughout the customer journey.
• Assist in establishing and expanding web optimization and experimentation processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design and CRO initiatives within a direct-to-consumer environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools like Optimizely (A/B testing), Google Analytics, Hotjar, and business intelligence platforms like Fabric.
• Strong background in hypothesis-driven experimentation and conducting tests at a large scale.
• Proficient understanding of web technologies including UX best practices, SEO, domain management, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate strategies and insights across diverse teams.
