Sr UI/UX Specialist

📋 Description

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI assets for various web and mobile platforms

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and high-quality delivery

• Implement usability best practices, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG) across all product touchpoints

• Develop user-centered design solutions for marketplace-specific challenges like browsing, saving, comparing, and purchasing deals

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and make iterative improvements based on insights

• Utilize data from tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics to enhance user experiences

• Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across all design assets

• Participate in design critiques and team reviews to ensure alignment and high design quality

• Support digital design for web-based and mobile products using UI/UX best practices

• Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience, particularly in SaaS, ecommerce, or marketplace settings

• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, UI refinement, and a user-centric design approach

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

• Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive web design

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and effective technical collaboration practices

• Strong visual design skills with focus on layout, typography, and brand consistency

• Comfortable working in agile environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence

• Understanding of user research fundamentals, including interviews, testing, and heuristic evaluation

• Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices

• Passion for continuous learning and seeking opportunities to expand design skills

• Experience in designing for online marketplaces, ecommerce sites, or employee benefits platforms

• Familiarity with conversion optimization and behavioral psychology principles

• Exposure to analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization
