Staff Product Designer, GRC

📋 Description

• Lead the vision and implementation of Vanta's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Product Pillar.

• Drive design excellence in critical product areas to assist customers in compliance navigation.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create clear and efficient user experiences.

• Shape product strategy, align cross-functional teams, and enhance design practices.

• Manage strategic projects that provide significant customer value and impact various departments.

• Conduct customer research to shape product strategy and develop persuasive narratives.

• Mentor fellow designers and contribute to the design system to uphold consistent, high-quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience delivering top-notch B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects.

• Proven track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational influence.

• Ability to independently drive discovery processes and utilize customer insights to shape product strategy.

• Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to execution for complete product areas.

• Strong mentoring and influencing skills, including with senior and executive management teams.

• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.

• Successful history in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility.

• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling.

• Portfolio showcasing high-quality craftsmanship and effective product solutions tailored to customer needs is required.
