• Ability to design at a pattern level, establishing frameworks for others to build experiences
• Comfort with tackling ambiguous problem areas and devising feasible solutions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating both the what and the why of design decisions
• Confidence in collaborating with technical counterparts, with the ability to ask pertinent questions, grasp constraints, and challenge assumptions
• Experience in customer research and testing, encompassing diverse customer journeys
