• Take the lead on high-stakes projects from start to finish, ensuring readiness for launch
• Develop actionable plans by structuring complexity using frameworks like the Project Pyramid
• Manage and align a variety of stakeholders, including C-level executives, ministries, and enterprise teams
• Navigate political situations effectively, knowing when to negotiate, compromise, or hold firm
• Act as a bridge between business, design, and technology, effectively communicating with each group
• Safeguard the design vision amidst organizational challenges to ensure it reaches users successfully
• Collaborate with stream leaders, researchers, designers, and developers to achieve measurable impact
• Strong background in UX and/or UI design with a focus on foundational skills
• Experience working on large-scale projects such as enterprise platforms, government services, or complex corporate ecosystems
• Solid business acumen to connect design decisions with overall strategy
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling abilities
• Ability to remain resilient and composed under pressure
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2); knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
