• As the Team Lead for Web Design, you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and ongoing development of our marketing website.
• Acting as the bridge between brand representation and performance, you will ensure our web experiences are expertly crafted, technically proficient, and optimized for business growth.
• Collaborate closely with teams overseeing SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design to guarantee that our website not only looks exceptional but also drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion on a large scale.
• Possess over 7 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Demonstrate a deep comprehension of web design fundamentals, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
• Showcase a portfolio illustrating strategic thinking and top-notch execution in web and digital campaigns.
• Proven track record of successfully managing web projects in a fast-growing SaaS or tech environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to handle input and expectations from various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms.
• Skilled at maintaining brand integrity while making data-driven decisions.
• Experience in agile settings and collaborating with developers and marketing operations teams.
