Web Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing all visual design aspects from initial concept to final hand-off to engineering

• Generate innovative website design concepts that prioritize simplicity and user-friendliness in addressing complex challenges

• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design and interaction ideas

• Present and justify designs and key deliverables to colleagues and high-level stakeholders

• Establish and advocate for design standards, best practices, and guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a web designer

• Strong graphic design skills with a compelling portfolio

• Proficient in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps

• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

• Excellent visual design abilities with a focus on user-system interaction

• Creative problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of current web trends, techniques, and technologies

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related Visual Arts field
