• Ensure a seamless experience between crypto and FIAT currency in Deel. Create a native feel for users withdrawing both currencies.
• Simplify complex cryptographic concepts into user-friendly narratives and interfaces. Drive clarity in Web3 with user-focused design.
• Facilitate communication and community engagement through inspiring design and clear narratives in a pseudonymous environment.
• Genuine passion for Web3 and digital ownership.
• 7-9 years of Product Design experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in designing interfaces for wallets and DeFi platforms.
• Data-driven design approach using qualitative data, protocol analytics, and on-chain metrics.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a rapidly changing Web3 landscape.
• Focus on balancing user empowerment and protocol integrity.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex blockchain concepts for a mainstream audience.
• Experience mentoring designers in decentralized design challenges.
• Collaborative work with blockchain engineers and smart contract developers.
