• Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and designers to develop user-centric solutions aligning with business and technical objectives.
• Transform approved design concepts into production-ready UIs, ensuring accuracy in Figma files, style specifications, and assets.
• Create responsive and visually compelling interfaces for both desktop and mobile B2B/B2C commerce platforms.
• Implement and enhance the Agilent Design System to maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, branding, and imagery.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively convey design concepts and rationale.
• Address intricate challenges with intuitive design solutions that enhance user experience.
• Evolve and document design system elements for scalable consistency.
• Promote design best practices and contribute to the digital style guide.
• Stay updated on UI trends, tools, and technologies to deliver contemporary design solutions.
• Engage in Agile methodologies throughout the design process, from discovery to post-launch support.
• Minimum of 2 years of UI or visual design experience in B2B/B2C website or web application design.
• Proficiency in responsive web and mobile design principles.
• Ability to deliver precise designs with attention to detail in alignment, typography, and responsiveness.
• Experience in designing for B2B and B2C commerce platforms.
• Proficient in Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of design systems, reusable components, and design patterns.
• Understanding of web development concepts and cross-platform design.
• Strong visual design skills and understanding of user interaction.
• Effective problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Keynote, FigJam, or Miro for ideation and presentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA is preferred.
