• Seeking a Mid-level User Experience (UX) Researcher to develop innovative products that provide long-lasting value to young people and educators globally
• Responsible for planning, designing, and executing formative and evaluative research, engaging directly with educators and young individuals
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure research influences product design and development decisions
• Conduct qualitative moderated interviews, unmoderated research, desk research, and quantitative data analysis (site analytics)
• Contribute to the creation and ongoing evolution of user personas and archetypes
• Advocate for a user-centered approach and disseminate evidence and insights throughout the design process
• Effectively communicate research findings through reports, presentations, and practical examples
• Share knowledge and promote best practices in user experience research across the Digital Products team
• Join an agile, collaborative digital team based in Cambridge and working remotely across the UK, utilizing tools such as Figma, monday.com, and Slack

• Must have demonstrable experience as a professional digital User Experience Researcher
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research best practices, with the ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting findings in engaging ways for diverse audiences
• Understanding of product design processes and how research can aid decision-making at various stages
• Experience with or strong interest in conducting research with young participants
• Collaborative work experience with Product Designers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with developing user personas and other artifacts to guide user-centric design
• Knowledge of using analytics tools to complement user research
• Interest in education and creating engaging experiences for young individuals
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo background checks for work involving children
