• We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Analyst to join our team and assist us in gaining a deeper understanding of our customers' requirements and challenges. In this position, you will collect, examine, and synthesize feedback from various sources such as product evaluations, customer service interactions, sales consultations, surveys, and more—and transform it into actionable insights for our Product and Design teams. Your contributions will directly shape our roadmap and ensure we address the most critical user concerns.
• 2–4 years of experience in UX research, data analysis, customer insights, or a related field.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset capable of identifying patterns in qualitative and quantitative data.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and integrating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and excels in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
