UX Design Consultant

📋 Description

• As a User Experience Design Consultant, you will work within a diverse and talented team to design product solutions that balance both customer needs and business goals.

• Design intuitive, data-driven experiences across multiple product areas, including our kiosk, websites, mobile app, and B2B platforms.

• Conduct user research to uncover customer pain points and opportunities and validate design decisions.

• Create design deliverables such as site maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs with detailed interaction specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service.

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and effectively communicate the rationale behind design decisions.

• Mentor other designers and participate in design critiques with an open attitude towards constructive feedback.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

• Embody and promote human-centered design values throughout the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX design

• Expertise in user research and usability testing

• Bachelor's degree in interaction design, HCI, cognitive psychology, or a related field

• Strong understanding of UX design principles and practices

• Excellent portfolio with examples of data-driven design solutions

• High proficiency with design tools such as Figma

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
