📋 Description

• Take the lead on cross-platform projects within product teams by utilizing a centralized design system.

• Create and enhance reusable components, states, and tokenized patterns that can scale across various brands.

• Transform intricate business requirements into sophisticated interaction models, leveraging responsive and adaptive methodologies.

• Collaborate with DesignOps, product teams, and engineers to implement design processes — from Figma Dev Mode to tokenized component pipelines.

• Develop precise user interfaces with typographic consistency, spatial clarity, and motion that enhances user experience.

• Work collaboratively across different disciplines such as content, engineering, and product to ensure solutions are well-thought-out, achievable, and refined.

• Focus on creating systems rather than individual screens — crafting experiences that are consistent, resilient, and easy to manage.

• Promote personalization and adaptive design by incorporating AI and modular logic where applicable to enhance guest experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 4–6 years of experience in product design, with a specialization in scalable systems and digital interfaces.

• Showcase a portfolio that not only highlights visuals but also demonstrates clarity in systems, design rationale, and interactive finesse.

• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Figma — including component structure, variants, tokens, Dev Mode, and design documentation.

• Comfortably design for various device types: responsive web, mobile app, kiosk, and connected TVs.

• Understanding of motion systems, typography, ADA/WCAG accessibility, and token-driven UI architecture.

• Strong communication skills — verbal, visual, and written — for alignment and decision-making.

• Embrace a mindset that recognizes design as a strategic asset and values collaboration as a creative enhancer.

• Experience in building or expanding multi-brand design systems with token theming.

• Familiarity with Token Studio, Builder.io, Rive, or Lottie.

• Previous work involving adaptive UIs, AI-driven logic, or personalization frameworks.

• Proficiency in delivering unified design systems for both transactional and marketing experiences.
