• Conduct user research by engaging in interviews, surveys, and data analysis to extract insights from end-users, stakeholders, and existing data. Identify opportunities, requirements, and limitations to guide design decisions following a user-centered design (UCD) approach.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize solutions for application/system features.
