• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar design role in a commercial setting
• Proven ability to take initiative and lead product design projects independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical, business, and UX teams
• Proficient in conducting workshops and facilitating productive discussions
• Thorough understanding of various UX tools, methods, and usability best practices
• Expertise in Figma and UI design principles
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level
