• Join our team as a UX Design Specialist where you will utilize user-centered design principles to manage the entire design process.
• Conduct thorough stakeholder and user research, including journey mapping and persona development.
• Lead creative ideation sessions and transform insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and accessibility architects.
• Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility (Section 508) and usability standards.
• Present design concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 years of UX design experience in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the complete UCD lifecycle.
• Strong command of Figma (preferred), FigJam, or similar design tools.
• Previous experience in designing for Section 508 compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
