• Contribute to the development of our design team and Evolving Web by sharing insights and learning from colleagues.
• Engage in a multidisciplinary team, working with designers, developers, and strategists to create comprehensive design solutions.
• Participate in design-related events and community activities to enrich the design culture at Evolving Web.
• Minimum of 3 years of agency experience, with a robust portfolio demonstrating digital project contributions.
• Exceptional focus on detail, understanding of visual hierarchy, and a keen eye for design excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Passion for conceptual thinking and design execution, coupled with a high level of proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Drupal and WordPress, enabling design with implementation in mind.
• Proficiency in French communication.
• Experience in conducting user interviews, usability tests, tree tests, and other UX research methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate communication with developers.
