• We are looking for a UX/UI Designer SSR with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team and participate in designing user-centered digital experiences.
• The selected individual will be responsible for transforming functional requirements and business needs into intuitive, functional, and attractive interfaces, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
• Design dashboards and interactive interfaces, creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and conducting heuristic evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan and execute user tests: from preparing cases, recruiting profiles, moderating sessions, to analyzing results.
• Define usability guidelines aligned with best practices and product needs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, following quality standards set by the organization's development methodology.
• Document key instances such as surveys, progress reports, scope changes, and usability test results.
• Ensure smooth and constant communication with the QUX Focal Point, facilitating the coordinated progress of the project.
• Anticipate potential risks or opportunities, proposing proactive actions in emergent situations.
• Apply Design Thinking techniques to promote innovative user-centered solutions.
• Graduate or advanced student in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI roles, participating in digital projects under usability and user-centered design principles.
• Experience in all design stages: research, conceptualization, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma (mandatory) and previous experience in Adobe XD.
• Experience in prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Mockup, Pencil, or similar.
• Understanding of web accessibility principles and application of UX guidelines.
• Intermediate/advanced English (B2 level), especially for reading technical documentation and communication.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and collaborative work abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Desirable: knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) project lifecycle.
