• Take the lead in shaping the creative direction for direct response campaigns that drive high conversions through various channels such as video, paid media, email, and landing pages
• Work closely with teams in Performance Marketing, Copywriting, and Media Buying to ensure the success of customer acquisition funnels
• Create and enhance creative assets for various platforms including VSLs, Meta/Google ads, email automations, YouTube ads, and long-form landing pages
• Conduct rapid testing and adjustments, oversee creative split tests, and performance evaluations to boost key metrics like CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV
• Stay updated on creative trends, customer behavior, and competitor campaigns within the online golf and training sector
• Lead the Performance Marketing Creative Team at a prominent digital eLearning and coaching company focused on golf, with a revenue exceeding $100MM
• This remote-based role in the USA will report to the CMO & COO.
• Possess 5–10+ years of experience in leading direct response creative projects within digital coaching, online courses, or e-commerce settings
• Have a deep grasp of customer acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and behavioral triggers
• Demonstrate a track record of successful VSLs, Meta/Google ads, emails, and landing pages that have generated significant revenue
• Familiarity with creative performance analysis, funnel metrics, and A/B testing
• Experience in overseeing in-house creative teams and freelance designers/editors
• Show a genuine passion for golf, along with a solid understanding of the golf audience and terminology
• Educational background: Degree or MBA
