• Minimum of 10 years in product/UX design, with at least 3 years leading senior ICs and/or managers.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-volume consumer fintech, e-commerce, or subscription products with measurable results.
• Proficiency in graphic design principles such as layout, typography, motion, and brand systems.
• Practical experience utilizing AI-assisted design/research tools like Figma plugins and image/video generation tools.
• Track record of developing and maintaining a multi-platform design system for web and native applications.
• Ability to interpret data and experiment outcomes to drive design decisions effectively.
• Strong communication skills connecting design choices to business impact.
• Experience in lending, card issuing, payments, and related compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with React Native handoff processes and nuances.
• Proficiency in public speaking or thought leadership publications.
• Comfort with motion specification tools like Lottie/After Effects.
