• Utilize people management, product strategy, and design skills to drive product excellence.
• Define best practices, design solutions for various challenges, and establish product foundations for the future.
• 8-10+ years of Product Design experience and 3+ years of managing Product Designers.
• Impressive portfolio with case studies showcasing leadership in delivering high craft experiences.
• Background in design leadership for organizations shipping software, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience in product direction, strategic thinking, and developing impactful product goals.
• Proficiency in team development, fostering design growth, and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment, including remote team collaboration.
• Skilled in data-driven decision-making, product design experiments, and achieving business metrics.
• Strong communicator, adept at managing high-stakes communications with leadership.
• Adaptability and resilience to evolve with team size and design processes, continuously improving.
