• Play a key role in shaping the product vision and strategy by collaborating with product leadership and influencing important company decisions
• Define the design philosophy, making thoughtful choices between speed and polish, innovation and familiarity, and AI versus traditional workflows
• Lead and nurture a team of 4 product designers, offering clear guidance, coaching, and feedback
• Enhance the design team's performance by identifying opportunities to improve design quality, collaboration, and efficiency through process enhancements, new workflows, and maximizing the design system
• Demonstrated self-motivation to deliver exceptional work and create impactful products
• Over 10 years of experience in Product / UX Design
• More than 3 years of experience leading a Design team, with responsibility for departmental systems, processes, and team success
• 3+ years of experience in an early / mid-stage (pre-Series C) SaaS company
• Proven track record of enhancing systems and processes for Designers, including managing a Design Operations team
• Previous experience managing employees at a fully-remote startup
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Competitive base salary ranging from $165k-$195k (based on experience)
