• Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of product designers to cultivate a collaborative and high-performing design culture
• Establish and drive the long-term design strategy for onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with member needs and business objectives
• Promote design excellence and create a clear vision for identity-related experiences across various digital platforms
• Manage design aspects of core identity experiences such as registration, login, authentication, and account security
• Collaborate with various teams to design authentication workflows that balance user experience with enterprise risk management
• Ensure onboarding processes adhere to accessibility standards, privacy regulations, and evolving identity norms
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver cohesive solutions across different platforms
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, navigate challenges, and influence teams in a complex organizational structure
• Collaborate with research and content design teams to enhance onboarding processes through user insights and testing
• Create high-quality design outputs that address user needs, technical requirements, and operational efficiencies
• Utilize prototypes, journey maps, and storytelling to articulate design concepts and secure buy-in from executives
• Establish design principles, future visions, and experience roadmaps that align with short-term goals and long-term strategies
• Minimum of 12 years of UX or Product Design experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
• Expertise in digital identity design, including registration, login, authentication, and account management
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and leveraging data for design decisions
• Experience in designing for complex, regulated, or high-security environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking and end-to-end experience design
• Ability to lead user research efforts and translate insights into effective design solutions
• Demonstrated skill in influencing teams and collaborating across functions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
