• **Basic Qualifications:**
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting
• A portfolio showcasing designs with high engagement on social media platforms.
• Proficiency in simplifying complex concepts into compelling visuals.
• Utilization of performance data to enhance design practices.
• Experience in developing scalable design systems that remain relevant over time.
• Experience in designing for health and wellness brands
• **Preferred Skills:**
• Experience in nutrition, longevity science, or pharmaceutical industries
• Experience working in a regulated industry
• Experience designing for various brand touchpoints, including paid social and email.
• **Salary Range: $85,000-120,000**
