• We are seeking a Lead Designer who is enthusiastic about defining the visual and experiential essence of Brevis.
• As a Lead Designer, you will oversee design initiatives throughout the organization and collaborate closely with various teams.
• You will be responsible for leading a team of designers, recruiting new talent, and managing the product design process.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within fast-growing startups.
• Ability to merge strong visual design skills with systems thinking and a user experience mindset.
• Proficient in designing intricate user journeys (e.g. dashboards, campaign builders, SDK interfaces) with a focus on structure and clarity.
• Demonstrated capability to simplify technical concepts through design.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to collaborate with or lead external illustrators or motion designers when necessary.
• (Desirable) Familiarity with web3, ZK, or cryptographic infrastructure tools.
• Engage with cutting-edge technology in verifiable computing and ZK.
