• Responsible for developing design strategies and vision, as well as handling some Product Management duties.
• Lead the design vision and product execution, setting high UX standards and efficient product development processes.
• Directly report to the CEO and oversee a team of 1 Senior Designer.
• Collaborate closely with a Product Engineering team of 5 engineers to improve UI/UX, along with Marketing and BD departments.
• Enhance product & design capabilities to deliver user-centric features, shorten development cycles, and enable engineering focus.
• Proficient in Design Leadership and Strategy, showcasing the ability to establish strategic design visions, influence executive decisions, and align design strategies with business goals.
• Skilled in Project Management and Execution, including creating Gantt charts, allocating resources, and tracking milestones using tools like Linear and Notion.
• Demonstrated excellence in visual design, UX/UI, interaction design, and brand development, utilizing tools like Figma and other modern design systems.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in hiring, mentoring, and expanding design teams, managing both hands-on designers and strategic functions.
• Extensive experience in User Research, conducting usability tests, utilizing data for design decisions, and performing A/B testing and user interviews.
• Advanced knowledge in Web3/Crypto Domain, understanding crypto user behaviors, protocol design patterns, DeFi interfaces, wallet integrations, and blockchain-specific design considerations.
