Lead Designer

📋 Description

• Play a key role in developing and sharing methodologies, best practices, and processes that result in exceptional design solutions

• Utilize conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving to generate insights-driven concepts and conduct proactive research

• Take charge of designing detailed, accessible, and on-brand digital projects that meet customer needs, business goals, client vision, and project KPIs with minimal Director supervision

• Confidently communicate the rationale behind design choices and their expected outcomes to internal teams and clients

• Stay updated on current design trends and methodologies

• Build strong relationships across various project and client teams

• Effectively manage time and maintain proactive communication with project teams

• Independently lead small project tracks

• Serve as a mindful leader and mentor for junior team members

• Advocate for information security practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of visual design experience, preferably in a digital agency

• Strong presentation skills for client interactions

• Experience leading design projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics software is a bonus

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to articulate design decisions clearly

• Capability to mentor junior team members

• Experience in creating accessible, on-brand digital projects

• Understanding of data privacy and protection standards like GDPR and CCPA
