• Seeking a lead designer for an on-site role in New York City or the Bay Area (open to hybrid or remote but MUST RESIDE IN U.S.).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in UI/UX design, with preference for experience in government tech, police tech, or social impact sectors.

• Proficient in creating detailed mockups using Figma/Adobe Illustrator.

• Skilled in taking a feature from concept to completion, including wireframing, UI design, backend development, prototyping, QA, and future enhancements.

• Experience in startup environments and a passion for bringing new products to life from inception to implementation.

• Demonstrated ability to design intricate systems with user-friendly interfaces.

• Quick learner when it comes to adopting new technologies.
