•Utilize your technical expertise to craft an expanding array of third-party integrations that meet customer feedback, requirements, and market demands. Collaborate closely with Analyst1's customer success, engineering, and sales teams.
•Craft and update the integration roadmap, including API modifications to support a growing spectrum of integrations. Ensure alignment with company and strategic objectives, communicating the planned value to diverse teams and gathering feedback throughout the process.
•Lead Analyst1's continuous API engineering endeavors with a product-centric, human touch to integration connectivity, ensuring a seamless experience for technology partners and direct customers connecting to Analyst1 APIs.
•Apply product principles in collaboration with teams to balance viability, value, feasibility, and usability.
•Aid in product and engineering planning by documenting integration APIs, their responses, mapping these to the Analyst1 data model, and ensuring user-friendly and efficient integration for end-users.
•Oversee functional compatibility with integration vendors and their products to consistently deliver healthy integrations to customers. Manage changes to integration partner APIs or processes, including intelligence feed integrations and security-focused integrations.
•Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between product and engineering teams to tackle challenges and provide valuable outcomes.
•Coordinate with engineering and QA team members during releases to ensure successful rollouts.
•Stay abreast of integration design and industry trends, making tech integration recommendations based on market expectations or opportunities. Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about competitor offerings.
•Demonstrate curiosity and a drive for comprehension through action.
•Possess over 5 years of technical experience in working with APIs, planning integrations, or solving user issues with technical solutions.
•Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•Exhibit strong communication skills, recognizing that impactful ideas are only effective if well-expressed.
