• Engage in research and analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to guide design decisions and pinpoint areas for product enhancement.

• 6–10 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a track record of leading design projects and mentoring other designers
• Comprehensive experience in designing digital products from start to finish: involvement in all stages from research and concept creation to interface design, testing, and launch
• Impressive portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered design projects
• Proficiency in various UX research methods: user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and journey mapping
• Strong UI/interaction design abilities, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
• Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and maintaining design consistency
• Experience with digital product life cycles: discovery, concept development, design, testing, and delivery
• Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive, accessible solutions
• Lead design discussions and influence decisions with product managers, engineers, and data scientists
• Oversee a junior designer and support their professional development
