📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for UX matters, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and effectively convey intricate designs for production projects

• Develop and outline AEM components from start to finish: Establish use cases, content models, rules, and constraints; Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction specifications (including states, errors, responsiveness); Specify authoring dialogs, fields, validations, defaults, and guidance to enhance authoring simplicity

• Generate comprehensive specification packages: Detailed designs, criteria for acceptance; Address accessibility needs and performance considerations

• Design with a focus on scalability and composability: Define component variations, configurations, and guidelines to minimize customized builds; Ensure alignment with templates, fragments, and localization processes

• Enhance the AEM authoring experience: Conduct usability assessments for authors; Refine dialogs and assistance content; Aid in the development of authoring materials, playbooks, and component guidance

• Create A/B and multivariate test versions; Analyze test outcomes with analysts to enhance conversion rates for our CRO initiative

• Collaborate with Web Engineering to implement specifications into AEM Core Component extensions; Partner with Brand/UI and Content teams to ensure consistency and scalability


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in designing CMS-driven web experiences; Preference for strong AEM knowledge

• Proficiency in interaction design, component-focused UX, and systems thinking (variations, states, patterns, responsiveness)

• Ability to articulate clear component specifications: structure, behaviors, states, validations, accessibility, analytics/data layer, and test variations

• Thorough understanding of AEM Core Components, editable templates, guidelines, UX patterns, content/experience fragments, and authoring dialogs

• Background in designing for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms

• Experience in optimizing the authoring process: field schemas, inline support, limitations, defaults, and error management

• Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing and CRO methodologies; Capable of defining hypotheses, variations, and success metrics

• Understanding of SaaS B2B marketing funnels and conversion strategies

• Strong communication skills; Ability to collaborate effectively with UI designers, Engineers, Content creators, and Marketing professionals

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the integration of UX with development

• Team player with excellent teamwork skills
