📋 Description

• Develop user experiences and interfaces for product prototypes according to industry standards

• Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences across various touchpoints

• Create user journeys, flows, and interactive prototypes for multiple interfaces

• Utilize coding tools to communicate in code effectively

• Define strategies for AI-powered product design and features

• Innovate product features using generative AI for tax filing

• Advise senior leaders on design initiatives and AI's role in product experiences

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps

• Communicate product vision through storytelling and prototypes

• Mentor team members and develop AI design training programs

• Define the vision for AI in the design practice and evaluate emerging capabilities

• Establish quality standards for AI-augmented work

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in designing solutions for software or web applications

• 8+ years of experience using design and prototyping tools

• Proficiency in AI-powered design tools and workflows

• Experience designing AI-powered products at scale

• Ability to define success criteria and KPIs for design effectiveness

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with stakeholders

• Ability to work independently on multiple projects and provide mentorship
