• Take the lead in defining, documenting, and evolving macro and micro information architecture (IA), as well as interaction models across the Veeam platform. This includes global navigation, taxonomy, hierarchy, and search.
• Create and standardize common workflows and user journeys that encompass various products and workloads, ensuring uniformity, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and fellow designers to integrate IA and workflow best practices into end-to-end solutions.
• Utilize AI-driven research and prototyping to expedite discovery, validate concepts, and make evidence-based design decisions.
• Foster alignment among teams on IA and workflow standards, balancing delivery speed with quality and consistency.
• Mentor and empower other designers, engineers, and PMs to incorporate design thinking and systems thinking principles in their projects.
• Evaluate and communicate the impact of enhancements through usability, satisfaction, and adoption metrics.
• Possess 8+ years of experience in product design, with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in information architecture, workflow design, and platform-level influence.
• Demonstrate a deep comprehension of information and interaction design principles, particularly in designing for complex, multi-product environments.
• Showcase a track record of driving cross-functional alignment and delivering solutions that balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations.
• Have experience with AI-driven design tools, rapid prototyping, and evidence-based design methodologies.
• Exhibit strong facilitation, communication, and mentorship skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
• Display a passion for accessibility, usability, and achieving tangible business outcomes through design.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, iterative, and collaborative setting.
