• Spark Advisors is a company focused on empowering independent Medicare brokers to achieve their business goals. They offer tools and services to support brokers in achieving significant growth.

• At Spark, the mission is to serve as the trusted ally for the 70 million Medicare beneficiaries navigating the healthcare system in the U.S.

• We are in search of a Product Design Lead to assist in translating intricate data into actionable insights for users.

• The ideal candidate should have experience in data-rich settings like B2B SaaS, internal tools, or complex operational workflows.

• Responsibilities include translating complex data and reports into user-friendly workflows, designing interaction flows and UI elements, conducting user research, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, developing Spark's design system, and mentoring future designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in designing web-based B2B SaaS or internal tools with a focus on complex workflows and data-rich interfaces

• Demonstrated impact from data-driven design through portfolio projects showcasing behavior change validation using metrics, experimentation, or iterative UX research

• Experience leading or contributing to a design system, including components, tokens, documentation, and IA guidelines

• Profound understanding of information architecture, hierarchical patterns, and structuring data-heavy experiences for clarity

• Strong fundamentals in UX and systems thinking

• Proven success in collaborating with diverse teams and explaining design decisions based on user and business insights
