• Joining the Tech Department as a Product Designer, your role will involve ensuring our users enjoy a seamless learning experience with our app.
• Address significant customer challenges by leveraging data and insights to identify and resolve critical issues.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to develop user-centered solutions and bring them to fruition.
• Take charge of UX flows, overseeing the visual design and user experience of features from inception to launch and beyond.
• Advocate for top-notch UX practices and principles to enhance our app experiences.
• Assist in user research initiatives to support the product team in understanding customer needs.
• Contribute to enhancing design team processes and efficiency, improving the overall design system.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of Product Designer experience in product-focused firms, with exposure to mobile and web apps (B2B SaaS experience is a bonus).
• Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design approaches.
• Track record of creating designs that prioritize user experience and navigate engineering complexities.
• Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting your proficiency in product design, user research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and their potential applications.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
• Previous involvement in start-up/scale-up or fast-growing environments is advantageous.
• Experience in user research and proficiency in German are preferred.
