• As a remote-first startup based in Toronto, we are seeking a skilled Product Designer, Webflow to play a key role in shaping the future of insurance in Canada and beyond.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong visual and UX instincts, along with hands-on experience in Webflow, to lead the design and optimization of our marketing website. Collaboration with Growth, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams is essential to create impactful landing pages, scalable templates, and interactive components.
• This role offers significant autonomy in crafting the initial impression for all PolicyMe visitors, ensuring a clear, trustworthy, and user-friendly experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles, preferably with a focus on web or content-heavy products.
• Demonstrated expertise in Webflow, including the ability to build, launch, and maintain marketing sites beyond CMS content entry.
• Proficiency in Figma for design tasks, showcasing a portfolio of user-centric, clean, and conversion-driven work.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and component-based systems.
• Capability to make basic HTML/CSS updates for styling and layout adjustments.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a background in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, content, and product teams.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and see projects through to completion.
