• Take the lead in overseeing the complete design process for a pivotal product domain—from initial exploration and ideation to crafting high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and delivering user-centric, accessible, and impactful experiences. Striking a balance between iteration and execution to provide considerate and timely solutions
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data, in addition to user research, to guide and refine your work; establish and monitor UX success metrics for your Agile team
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Customer Experience teams to mold product strategy, identify issues, align on priorities, and deliver scalable, validated solutions
• Organize solution workshops and interdisciplinary dialogues to unearth possibilities, question assumptions, and foster agreement
• Proactively pinpoint risks, eliminate obstacles, and consistently enhance product development processes, team methodologies, and design standards
• Contribute towards and elevate our design system, advocating for uniformity, efficiency, and accessibility throughout the platform
• Possess over 5 years of Product Design experience, demonstrating a history of launching B2B or SaaS applications in an Agile setting
• Proficiency across key UX areas, particularly interaction design, visual design, and accessibility best practices
• Previous involvement in leading end-to-end design within diverse teams, from initial exploration to final delivery
• Showcase a portfolio highlighting strategic insights, refined interfaces, system-level design, and tangible results
• Display a proven ability to harmonize user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations, even in uncertain or fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, exhibiting a collaborative and humble approach to solving problems
• Experience with and contribution to design systems, as well as comfort in designing at scale
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a design-related field or possess equivalent practical experience
