• Directly report to the Director of Design in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Product Pillar.
• Opportunity to innovate AI-first features that assist customers in managing their compliance programs.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably with exposure to B2B SaaS or similar complex sectors.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, system thinking, and meticulous visual design.
• Track record of creating inclusive and accessible design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, properties, and variables.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
• Experience in creating detailed documentation for design components.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and mentoring fellow designers.
