• Conduct research on competitors and gather client feedback from Sales and Customer Support teams to identify product gaps and opportunities for the exchange
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize the execution of the product roadmap
• Regularly launch new products and features, followed by assessing performance and making further iterations
• Oversee and manage the full delivery process from idea generation to execution, ensuring collaboration with relevant teams across the business (FinProd, Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Legal, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Development/Management within trading, financial products, or FinTech industry
• Bachelors or Masters Degree (Preferably in Sciences or Engineering)
• Ability to translate customer needs into business objectives and product requirements
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Derivative trading is a must
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Product Manager level position
