• The Staff Web Designer will lead the strategic vision, implementation, and ongoing development of our marketing website.
• Collaboration with SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design teams is a key aspect of this role.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing
• Profound knowledge of web design fundamentals, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
• Demonstrated portfolio reflecting strategic planning and top-notch execution in web and digital campaigns.
• Successful track record overseeing web projects in a dynamic SaaS or tech environment.
• Excellent communication skills to manage feedback and expectations from various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics tools.
• Ability to balance brand consistency with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in agile settings and collaboration with developers and marketing operations teams.
