• The Study Design Lead position falls under the Central Labs Services team and is a remote role that supports Central Labs Projects for clinical trials across phases I–IV.
• Responsibilities include translating sponsor protocol requirements into a protocol-specific database, creating a Statement of Work, and collaborating with internal departments and external clients.

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor or Master's degree in a scientific field.
• Possess at least six (6) years of prior experience in Central Lab Project Management or a related industry role (equivalent education may be considered).

• Show success in negotiating job-related situations and proficiency in using computer applications such as Windows, Word, and Excel.
