UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Create modern and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Organize complex content into clear navigation structures and interaction designs

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems

• Conduct user research and usability tests to improve UI/UX

• Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process

• Ensure consistency and accessibility across all products and platforms

• Maintain design system and brand style guides in Figma

• Assist in the implementation process and frontend reviews

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, media informatics, HCI, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products

• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools

• Understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility principles

• Experience in prototyping, user testing, and frontend technologies

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Knowledge of modern frontend stacks and agile methodologies

• Nice to have: experience with data visualization and technical environments

• UX writing experience is a plus
