• Anchour is seeking a skilled Website UX Designer to create engaging, user-centric experiences for marketing and e-commerce websites. This position will primarily focus on website projects and large-scale rebuilds within a dynamic agency setting.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop medium-fidelity wireframes in Figma to highlight content hierarchy and usability; Produce prototypes showcasing interactions and functional logic for handoff to UI designers and developers; Present content-first wireframes with intentional structure, not placeholders.
• Content Support: Assist in generating sitemaps and content outlines for new websites; Contribute to content priority guides and documentation; Identify content gaps that may impact user flows or usability.
• UX Strategy: Transform business objectives and audience insights into user journeys, flows, and page structures; Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops; Deliver clear, strategic, and actionable UX audits.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with design, development, and strategy teams; Confidently present wireframes, prototypes, and rationale to clients; Advocate for UX decisions based on usability, ROI, and business impact.
• Background in website design and large-scale rebuilds; While product or app UX experience is beneficial, the primary focus is leading website-centric projects.
• 2–4+ years of UX design experience concentrating on marketing and e-commerce websites, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping entire websites.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals and content priorities into site architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns.
• Familiarity with content planning and collaboration with content strategy.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of leading workshops and guiding clients through UX decisions.
• A systems thinker who can balance user needs, content requirements, and technical feasibility.
