• Redefine the initial Posh online experience by designing an innovative and highly creative homepage
• Showcase Posh's brand and product vision through high-conversion marketing and product landing pages
• Ensure seamless implementation of designs in Next.js and Vercel by collaborating closely with frontend engineers
• Create pixel-perfect, responsive layouts optimized for mobile and desktop
• Extend design systems and component libraries for consistent, scalable design execution
• Utilize best practices in UX, accessibility, and conversion optimization
• Translate business goals into effective landing page design strategies in partnership with product and marketing teams
• Refine and improve pages using data-informed design, analytics, A/B tests, and user feedback
• Balance creativity and performance to ensure groundbreaking yet practical designs
• Possess 4+ years of professional design experience with a focus on web/landing page design
• Demonstrate innovative and creative homepage and landing page designs in a strong portfolio
• Master design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Have a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and how designs translate into frameworks like Next.js
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and analytics tools
• Think creatively and push beyond conventional design patterns
• Possess strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with engineers, marketers, and product managers
