📋 Description

• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, graphics, and digital assets.

• Design original icons, images, and visual elements to enhance web content.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to drive design concepts.

• Implement design principles, typography, and color theory for intuitive and accessible interfaces.

• Ensure designs are optimized for usability, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.

• Incorporate buyer journeys and user personas into the design process.

• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity by following style standards.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and developers to define project goals and incorporate feedback.

• Identify and address UX/UI issues through testing and user feedback.

• Stay informed on design tools, web trends, and best practices.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on websites to ensure accuracy and functionality.

• Resolve design-related issues in collaboration with developers.

• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Communicate project progress and challenges to project managers.

• Continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design with a diverse portfolio.

• Proficiency in Figma (required).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Experience with other design or wireframing tools is a plus.

• Understanding of UX/UI best practices, typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.

• Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing and troubleshooting.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for international collaboration.

• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects.

• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday, Asana, or Trello) is a plus.

• Awareness of emerging design technologies and trends; AI tools knowledge is a plus.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
